They are forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, which gives them improved tensile strength to withstand the rigors of heavy to severe duty race builds.

These pistons feature an ArmorGlide skirt coating that helps resist seizure, reduces friction, and contributes to quieter operation. The fully machined crown includes precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and other features designed to improve ring seal. Wiseco also incorporates forced pin oiling to ensure proper lubrication for the wrist pin, a critical component under high load.
