These pistons are forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its improved tensile strength under high stress. Wiseco has incorporated several features to enhance performance and durability, including precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and other features aimed at improving ring seal. The crown is fully machined for accuracy, and the pistons benefit from forced pin oiling to ensure proper lubrication. Additionally, the ArmorGlide skirt coating helps reduce friction, resist seizure, and operate more quietly, all crucial for sustained performance in severe duty race builds.

This set includes eight pistons, each designed for a 4.600-inch bore with a 1.120-inch compression height and a 0.990-inch pin diameter.
