Product Details
This piston set from Wiseco includes eight forged pistons, designed for Chevrolet Big Block engines. These are the Professional Series pistons, built with serious racers and builders in mind. They're forged and machined right here in the USA from 2618 aluminum, which gives them improved tensile strength for demanding applications.
You'll find precision ring grooves, anti-detonation grooves, and other features to improve ring seal. The pistons also come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating that helps reduce friction, resist seizure, and operate more quietly. The fully machined crown and forced pin oiling are features you'd expect on a high-performance piston built to handle heavy to severe duty race conditions. This set is designed to be a strong foundation for your engine build.
Keep in mind that these pistons are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. Always refer to the manufacturer's installation instructions for proper fitment and assembly details.
