If you're building a high-performance Chevrolet Big Block engine for serious racing or severe duty applications, a strong set of pistons is fundamental. This Wiseco Professional Series piston set is crafted from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its improved tensile strength, making it well-suited for the demands of competition.

These pistons are fully machined in the USA, featuring precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and other features designed to improve ring seal. They also come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating. This coating helps reduce friction, resist seizure, and contributes to quieter operation, all critical factors when pushing an engine to its limits. The crown is also fully machined, and the design includes forced pin oiling to ensure proper lubrication where it's needed most.

This set includes eight pistons, each designed for a 4.610-inch bore with a 1.170-inch compression height. They are intended for heavy to severe duty race builds where durability and consistent performance are paramount.
