If you're building or rebuilding a Chevrolet LS engine for serious performance, these Wiseco Professional Series pistons are a solid option. They're forged from 2618 aluminum right here in the USA, which gives them improved tensile strength needed for demanding race applications. This specific piston has a 4.070 inch bore and a 12cc dome, designed to work with specific compression ratios in LS engines.

Wiseco packs a lot of features into these pistons to ensure they hold up under pressure. You'll find precision machined ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and other features to improve ring seal. They also come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating that helps reduce friction and noise, while also resisting seizure. The crown is fully machined, and they feature forced pin oiling to keep the wrist pin lubricated.
