When you're building a serious performance LS engine for racing or heavy-duty use, the pistons are a critical component. This Wiseco Professional Series piston kit is designed to handle the extreme demands of high-performance applications. Each piston features a -12cc dome, a 4.070-inch bore size, and a 1.300-inch compression height, making them a solid choice for many LS engine builds.

These pistons are forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its improved tensile strength under high stress. Wiseco includes precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and other features to enhance ring seal, which is crucial for power and longevity in a race engine. The fully machined crown ensures accuracy, and forced pin oiling helps keep the wrist pin lubricated. For reduced friction and quieter operation, these pistons also come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating, which is also resistant to seizure.

This kit includes a set of eight pistons, along with premium rings, ready for a severe duty performance build.
