If you're rebuilding the engine in your 1997-2004 Chevrolet Corvette for heavy-duty use, these Wiseco pistons are a solid choice. They're forged from 2618 aluminum, which gives them improved tensile strength over cast aluminum, making them well-suited for severe duty applications where durability is key.

These pistons feature a 3cc dome and a 4.005-inch bore, with a 1.050-inch compression height and a 0.927-inch pin diameter. Wiseco machines them with precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and other features designed to improve ring seal. They also come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating that helps reduce friction and noise, and resists seizure. The fully machined crown and forced pin oiling are also notable details that contribute to their robust design for demanding builds.
