This specific piston kit is designed for Chevrolet LS engines and is intended for heavy to severe duty race applications where durability and performance are critical. Each piston in this set features a -8cc dome, a 1.115 inch compression height, and a 4.080 inch bore, making them a solid choice for rebuilding or upgrading your LS powerplant.

These pistons are forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, chosen for its improved tensile strength, which is essential for handling the extreme pressures of racing. They come with precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and other features designed to improve ring seal. Additionally, they include an ArmorGlide skirt coating that helps reduce friction, resist seizure, and operate more quietly. The fully machined crown ensures accuracy, and forced pin oiling is incorporated to keep the wrist pins properly lubricated under demanding conditions.

This set includes eight pistons, rings, and wrist pins. Please note that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
