These pistons are forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its improved tensile strength, which is essential for high-stress engine environments. Wiseco has incorporated several features for enhanced performance and durability, including precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and other features aimed at improving ring seal. The crown of each piston is fully machined, and they come with forced pin oiling to ensure proper lubrication. Additionally, an ArmorGlide skirt coating is applied to resist seizure, reduce friction, and contribute to quieter operation.

This piston kit is intended for builders who are pushing their LT1 engines to the limit. Please note that these pistons are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
