This is a complete set of eight Wiseco RED Series pistons, designed for Chevrolet Small Block engines. You get the pistons themselves, which are forged from 2618 aluminum for the tensile strength needed in performance racing and power adder applications. Each set also includes premium rings, so you won't need to source those separately. The RED series uses Race Engineered Design principles to give you a competitive edge.

These pistons feature a dedicated forging that allows for an optimized, engine-specific strutted design, balancing strength with weight. The pin bores have horizontal slot oiling to ensure the wrist pin and small-end of the connecting rod stay well-lubricated, which is important for a long service life. An accumulator groove is included to help maintain consistent ring seal and power delivery. Additionally, the ArmorGlide skirt coating works to reduce friction and noise, while also minimizing wear on the piston skirt and cylinder wall.
