Wiseco Chevy SB RED Series Piston Set 4135in Bore 1250in Compression Height 0927in Pin - Set of 8

This is a set of eight Wiseco RED Series pistons, designed for Chevrolet Small Block engines. You get the pistons themselves, which are forged from 2618 aluminum for the tensile strength needed in performance racing and power adder applications. Each set also includes premium rings, so you won't need to source those separately.

Wiseco's Race Engineered Design (RED) process means these pistons are built with precision-machined features to give you a competitive edge. They use horizontal slot oiling in the pin bores to keep the wrist pin and small-end of the connecting rod well-lubricated, which is important for a long service life. The dedicated forgings allow for an engine-specific strutted design that balances strength with light weight. Plus, the ArmorGlide skirt coating helps cut down on friction and noise, while also reducing wear on the piston skirt and cylinder wall. An accumulator groove is also included to help maintain consistent ring seal and power.
