You'll find horizontal slot oiling in the pin bores to keep the wrist pin and small end of the connecting rod well-lubricated, helping to ensure a long service life even under stress. The dedicated forgings allow for an engine-specific strutted design, balancing strength with a manageable weight. Plus, the ArmorGlide skirt coating helps reduce friction and noise, while also cutting down on wear to the piston skirt and cylinder wall. Each set comes complete with premium rings, so you won't need to source those separately. An accumulator groove is also included to help maintain consistent ring seal and power output.
