If you're rebuilding a high-performance Chevrolet small block engine for serious racing or severe duty applications, these Wiseco Professional Series pistons are a solid choice. These pistons are forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material known for its improved tensile strength, which is crucial for withstanding the high pressures and temperatures found in race engines. Wiseco has incorporated several design elements to enhance performance and durability, including precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and other features aimed at improving ring seal. The fully machined crown ensures precise combustion chamber volume, and the forced pin oiling system helps keep the wrist pins lubricated under extreme conditions. Additionally, they come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating, which is designed to reduce friction, resist seizure, and operate more quietly.

This set includes eight pistons, each with a 4.030-inch bore, a 1.550-inch compression height, and a 13.50 CC dish volume. The wrist pin diameter is 0.927 inches. Please note that these pistons are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. They are intended for off-road use and heavy to severe duty performance builds.
