Wiseco Chrysler 340 4.040in Bore 1.460in CH 8.00 CC Piston Set

This is a set of eight Wiseco Professional Series forged pistons, designed for Chrysler 340 engines. You get the pistons themselves, which are forged from 2618 aluminum and machined in the USA. They come with precision ring grooves, anti-detonation grooves, and features to improve ring seal, along with a special ArmorGlide skirt coating to reduce friction and noise. The crown is fully machined, and the pistons are set up for forced pin oiling. These are built for heavy to severe duty race applications.

Wiseco uses 2618 aluminum for these pistons, which offers improved tensile strength compared to other alloys, making them well-suited for the high stresses of racing. The ArmorGlide coating on the skirts helps prevent seizure and reduces friction, contributing to a quieter operation and potentially improved engine efficiency.
