This piston is forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, which offers improved tensile strength compared to other aluminum alloys. It features precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and other features to help improve ring seal. The crown is fully machined, and it includes forced pin oiling for better lubrication. Plus, it comes with an ArmorGlide skirt coating that helps reduce friction, resist seizure, and operate more quietly.
Keep in mind that this piston is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. It's sold individually, so be sure to order the correct quantity for your engine build.
