These pistons are forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, which gives them improved tensile strength for high-stress situations. The crown is fully machined, and they include forced pin oiling to keep the wrist pins lubricated. Plus, they come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating that helps reduce friction and noise, while also resisting seizure.
