These pistons are built for the Mitsubishi 4G63 turbo engine, commonly found in performance sport compact applications like the Lancer EVO 8. They are designed for serious racers and builders who demand robust components for heavy to severe duty race builds.

Crafted from 2618 aluminum in the USA, these pistons are forged and machined for improved tensile strength. They feature precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and additional features to enhance ring seal, all contributing to better performance and durability under extreme conditions. The piston crown is fully machined, and they incorporate forced pin oiling for better lubrication. Additionally, the ArmorGlide skirt coating helps reduce friction, resist seizure, and operate more quietly, further enhancing their suitability for demanding race applications.
