Forged from 2618 aluminum, these Wiseco pistons are built for the demanding VR38DETT engine. This material choice is key because it offers improved tensile strength, which is crucial when you're pushing an engine hard. The pistons measure 95.50 mm in bore diameter and feature a compression height of 30.74 mm, with a dish volume of -7.00 CC, all precisely machined in the USA.

Wiseco has included several features to enhance performance and durability. You'll find precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and other features designed to improve ring seal. The pistons also come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating, which helps reduce friction, resist seizure, and operate more quietly. The crown of each piston is fully machined, and they are designed with forced pin oiling to ensure proper lubrication where it's needed most. These are intended for heavy to severe duty race builds where reliability under extreme conditions is paramount.
