Forged from 2618 aluminum, these Wiseco pistons are built for the demanding requirements of serious racers and builders working with the Peugeot/Citroen TU5JP4 1.6L 16V Turbo engine. The 80mm bore size is a direct replacement for stock, but the +1.5mm overbore and 9.1 compression ratio are designed to handle increased performance demands. Wiseco machines these pistons in the USA, ensuring precision in every detail.

You'll find features like precision ring grooves, anti-detonation grooves, and additional ring seal improvements that work together to maintain excellent compression and durability under heavy loads. The pistons also come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating, which helps reduce friction, resist seizure, and contribute to quieter operation. Forced pin oiling is incorporated to ensure the wrist pins stay well-lubricated, a critical factor in high-stress applications.
