The Wiseco RED Series pistons are built for just that. They use a Race Engineered Design (RED) approach, combining the strength and durability needed for racing with precision machining for a competitive edge.

These pistons are forged and machined right here in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material known for its tensile strength, making them well-suited for performance racing and applications with power adders. Wiseco includes horizontal slot oiling in the pin bores to ensure the wrist pin and small end of the connecting rod stay well-lubricated, which is crucial for a long service life under demanding conditions. The dedicated forgings allow for an optimized, engine-specific strutted design that maximizes strength while keeping weight down. Plus, the ArmorGlide skirt coating helps reduce friction and noise, while also cutting down on skirt and cylinder wear. Each set comes complete with premium rings, so you don't have to source them separately. An accumulator groove is also included to help maintain consistent ring seal and power output.

This set is designed for a 4.135 inch bore and features a -12.00cc dish for the compression height. Please note that these pistons are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
