Wiseco RED Series Chevrolet Small Block 4.165in Bore 1.125in CH -7.00 CC Piston Set

This is a set of eight Wiseco RED Series pistons designed for Chevrolet Small Block engines with a 4.165-inch bore. The RED series, which stands for Race Engineered Design, uses dedicated forgings made from 2618 aluminum. This material choice is crucial for the tensile strength needed in demanding racing applications and when using power adders like turbochargers or superchargers.

Each piston features horizontal slot oiling in the pin bores to ensure the wrist pin and small-end of the connecting rod stay well-lubricated, which is key for a long service life under stress. The pistons also have an accumulator groove, which helps maintain consistent ring seal and power delivery. To further reduce friction and wear, they come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating, which also helps quiet down operation. You also get premium rings included with each set, so you won't need to source those separately.

These pistons are engineered and machined in the USA. Please note that this piston set is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
