This piston set from Wiseco gives you eight forged pistons, ready to go into your Chevy LS engine. Each piston is designed with Wiseco's Race Engineered Design (RED) philosophy, meaning they're built for the demands of performance racing and power adder applications. They're made from 2618 aluminum, a well-built material chosen for its tensile strength under high stress.

You'll find horizontal slot oiling in the pin bores, which is a smart touch to keep the wrist pins and connecting rod small ends properly lubricated. This is really important for making sure your engine lasts a long time, especially when you're pushing it hard. The pistons also feature a dedicated forging for an optimized, strutted design that balances strength with a low weight. Plus, they come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating. This coating helps cut down on friction and noise, and it also reduces wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls. An accumulator groove is included to help maintain consistent ring seal and power delivery.
