Forged from 2618 aluminum, these Wiseco RED Series pistons are built for the demands of high-performance Chevy LS engines. The Race Engineered Design (RED) process means they're not just strong, but also precisely machined to give you an edge, whether you're on the drag strip or the circle track. This set is designed for a 4.075-inch bore and features a 1.294-inch compression height.

You'll find horizontal slot oiling in the pin bores, which is a smart detail that keeps the wrist pin and small end of the connecting rod well-lubricated, crucial for keeping these pistons alive under hard use. Wiseco also uses dedicated forgings for each engine application, allowing them to optimize the strutted design for the best possible strength-to-weight ratio. Plus, the ArmorGlide skirt coating is there to reduce friction and noise, while also cutting down on wear to the piston skirt and cylinder wall. Each set comes complete with premium rings, so you won't have to hunt for those separately.
