Wiseco RED Series Chevy LS 4.080in Bore 1.105in CH -10.00 CC Piston Set

This is a set of eight Wiseco RED Series pistons designed for Chevrolet LS engines. You get the pistons themselves, along with premium rings and an accumulator groove to help maintain consistent ring seal and power. These pistons are forged from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its tensile strength, making them well-suited for high-performance racing and applications where you're adding forced induction like turbochargers or superchargers.

Wiseco's Race Engineered Design (RED) process means these pistons are not only strong but also precisely machined. They feature horizontal slot oiling in the pin bores, which is a smart detail that keeps the wrist pin and the small end of the connecting rod well-lubricated, helping to ensure a long service life. The dedicated forgings allow for an optimized, engine-specific strutted design, which helps maximize strength while keeping the weight down. Additionally, each piston comes with an ArmorGlide skirt coating. This coating works to reduce friction and noise during operation, and it also helps cut down on wear to both the piston skirt and the cylinder wall.

Because these are specifically designed for performance and racing, they are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. If you're building a high-output LS engine for drag racing, circle track, or any other demanding application, this set offers a well-built foundation.
