Forged from 2618 aluminum, these Wiseco RED Series pistons are built for the demands of performance racing and power adder applications. The RED (Race Engineered Design) series is specifically crafted to offer the strength and durability needed for engines pushing beyond stock limits, whether you're building for drag racing, circle track, or another high-performance use.

Each piston features horizontal slot oiling in the pin bores, a smart detail that keeps the wrist pin and small-end of the connecting rod properly lubricated, which is crucial for long service life under stress. Wiseco uses dedicated forgings for each engine application, allowing for an optimized, strutted design that maximizes strength while keeping weight down. This attention to detail helps ensure reliable performance when you need it most. The ArmorGlide skirt coating is another notable feature, working to reduce friction and noise, while also minimizing wear on both the piston skirt and the cylinder wall.

This set includes eight pistons, each with a 4.010-inch bore, a 1.425-inch compression height, and a -2.00cc dish volume. They also come complete with premium rings, so you won't need to source those separately. An accumulator groove is incorporated to help maintain consistent ring seal and power delivery.
