Wiseco RED Series Chevy Small Block 350 4.040in Bore 1.425in CH -2.00 CC Piston Set

This piston set from Wiseco includes eight forged pistons, designed specifically for Chevrolet Small Block 350 engines with a 4.040-inch bore. These are their RED Series pistons, which stand for Race Engineered Design, meaning they're built with the strength and precision needed for demanding performance applications like drag racing and circle track. Each piston is forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its high tensile strength, making these pistons well-suited for high-performance racing and engines with power adders.

You'll find features like horizontal slot oiling in the pin bores, which helps keep the wrist pin and the small end of the connecting rod properly lubricated for a longer service life. The pistons also have a dedicated forging design that allows for an optimized, engine-specific strutted structure, maximizing strength while keeping weight down. To further reduce friction and noise, and to minimize wear on the skirts and cylinder walls, Wiseco has applied an ArmorGlide skirt coating. This set comes complete with premium rings, so you won't need to source those separately. An accumulator groove is also included to help maintain consistent ring seal and power output.
