Wiseco RED Series Chevy Small Block 400 4.135in Bore 1.125in CH -12.00 CC Piston Set

This is a set of eight Wiseco RED Series pistons designed for Chevrolet Small Block 400 engines. You get the pistons themselves, which are forged from 2618 aluminum for the tensile strength needed in performance racing and power adder applications. Each set also includes premium rings, so you won't need to source those separately.

Wiseco's RED (Race Engineered Design) series uses dedicated forgings to create an engine-specific strutted design, maximizing strength while keeping weight down. These pistons feature horizontal slot oiling in the pin bores to ensure the wrist pin and small-end lubrication stays optimal, which is critical for a long service life. An accumulator groove is also included to help maintain consistent ring seal and power output. To further reduce friction and noise, and to minimize skirt and cylinder wear, these pistons come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating.

These pistons are forged and machined in the USA. Please note that this part is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. Always refer to the manufacturer's installation instructions for proper fitment and assembly procedures.
