Forged from 2618 aluminum, these Wiseco RED Series pistons are built for the demands of performance racing and power adder applications. The RED (Race Engineered Design) series is specifically crafted to offer the strength and durability needed for engines pushing beyond stock limits, whether you're building for drag racing, circle track, or other high-performance uses.

Each piston features horizontal slot oiling in the pin bores to ensure the wrist pin and small-end of the connecting rod stay well-lubricated, which is crucial for maintaining longevity under stress. Wiseco uses dedicated forgings for each engine application, allowing for an optimized, strutted design that maximizes strength while keeping weight down. The included ArmorGlide skirt coating helps reduce friction and noise during operation, while also minimizing wear on the piston skirt and cylinder wall. An accumulator groove is also incorporated to help maintain consistent ring seal and power output.
