Forged from 2618 aluminum, these Wiseco RED Series pistons are built for the demands of high-performance racing and power adder applications. The Race Engineered Design (RED) process focuses on strength and durability while incorporating precision-machined features that give you a competitive edge. These pistons are specifically designed for popular domestic V8 platforms, making them a cornerstone for everything from drag racing to circle track competition.

Each piston features horizontal slot oiling in the pin bores to ensure optimal wrist pin and small-end lubrication, which is critical for a long service life under stress. The dedicated forgings allow for an engine-specific strutted design, maximizing strength while keeping weight down. You'll also find an accumulator groove that helps maintain consistent ring seal and power delivery. To further reduce friction and noise, and to minimize skirt and cylinder wear, these pistons come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating. This set includes premium rings, so you won't need to source them separately.
