Forged from 2618 aluminum, these Wiseco RED Series pistons are built for the demands of performance racing and power adder applications. The RED series, which stands for Race Engineered Design, means these pistons incorporate specific features to give you a competitive edge, whether you're on the drag strip or the circle track. They are engineered, forged, and machined right here in the USA.

You'll find horizontal slot oiling in the pin bores, which is a smart detail that keeps your wrist pins and small-end connections properly lubricated. This is crucial for making sure everything lasts a long time under high stress. Wiseco also uses dedicated forgings for each engine application, allowing them to create a strutted design that maximizes strength while keeping the weight down. To further reduce friction and wear, these pistons come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating. This not only helps quiet things down but also reduces wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls. Each set includes premium rings, so you don't have to hunt for compatible ones, and an accumulator groove is included to help maintain consistent ring seal and power delivery.
