Each piston in this set is forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, chosen for its excellent tensile strength, which is crucial for handling the stresses of high-performance engines, especially those with power adders. To further enhance longevity and performance, they feature horizontal slot oiling in the wrist pin bores, ensuring the wrist pin and small-end of the connecting rod stay well-lubricated. The dedicated forgings allow for an optimized, engine-specific strutted design that maximizes strength while keeping weight down. You'll also find an accumulator groove to help maintain consistent ring seal and power delivery. Plus, the ArmorGlide skirt coating is applied to reduce friction and noise, while also minimizing wear on both the piston skirt and cylinder wall.

This set includes eight pistons, each with a 4.030-inch bore and a 1.165-inch compression height, featuring a -15.00 CC dish.
