These pistons are forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, chosen for its high tensile strength, which is crucial when you're pushing an engine hard. Wiseco uses dedicated forgings for each engine application, allowing them to create an optimized strutted design that balances strength with a low weight. The ArmorGlide skirt coating is a nice touch; it cuts down on friction and noise, and it also reduces wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls.

This set includes eight pistons, each with a 4.040-inch bore and a 1.090-inch compression height. They have a -12.00cc dish volume, which is important for setting your compression ratio.
