These pistons are forged and machined right here in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its high tensile strength, making it ideal for racing and engines with power adders.

You'll find features like horizontal slot oiling in the pin bores, which helps keep the wrist pin and small end of the connecting rod properly lubricated, a critical detail for ensuring a long service life in a high-stress environment. The dedicated forgings allow for an engine-specific strutted design, meaning Wiseco has optimized the shape to get the best strength-to-weight ratio possible. Each set also comes with an ArmorGlide skirt coating. This coating is there to reduce friction and noise from the piston skirt, while also helping to cut down on wear in the cylinder wall. Plus, these kits include premium rings, so you won't have to hunt for compatible ones separately. An accumulator groove is also included to help maintain consistent ring seal and power output.

This set is designed for a 4.040-inch bore with a 1.600-inch compression height and uses a 0.927-inch pin diameter. Please note that these pistons are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
