This is a Wiseco forged piston kit for the Renault F7P 1.8L 16V engine, specifically for the Clio Williams Turbo. You get a set of four pistons, each with an 82.5mm bore and a 10:1 compression ratio. These pistons are built to order in the USA from 2618 aluminum, chosen for its improved tensile strength, making them well-suited for demanding performance builds.

Wiseco has packed these pistons with features for serious racers. They have precision ring grooves, anti-detonation grooves, and other features designed to improve ring seal. The crown is fully machined, and they include forced pin oiling to ensure the wrist pins stay lubricated under high stress. The pistons also come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating, which helps reduce friction, resist seizure, and operate more quietly. These are designed for heavy to severe duty race applications where reliability is critical.
