Wiseco Volkswagen VR6 2.8L 81.5mm Bore -28cc Dome 90.20 Stroke Pro Tru Sport Series Pistons

If you're rebuilding the engine in your Volkswagen VR6 2.8L, these Pro Tru Sport Series forged pistons from Wiseco are built for serious performance. Designed for heavy to severe duty applications, these pistons are made from 2618 aluminum, which offers improved tensile strength for demanding builds. Each piston features precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and additional ring seal features to ensure reliable operation under high stress.

Wiseco machines these pistons in the USA, and the fully machined crown is designed to handle significant combustion pressures. They also include forced pin oiling to keep the wrist pins properly lubricated, and an ArmorGlide skirt coating that helps reduce friction, resist seizure, and operate more quietly.
