Wiseco is well-known for making strong internal engine components for performance applications. This custom piston set is built for Volvo 940 Turbo 16V 2.3L engines, specifically the B234F. These pistons are designed to handle the demands of serious racing and heavy-duty builds where reliability and performance are critical.

Each piston is forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its improved tensile strength under high stress. They feature precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and other features to improve ring seal. The crown is fully machined for accuracy, and they include forced pin oiling to ensure the wrist pin stays well-lubricated. For reduced friction and improved seizure resistance, the skirts are coated with ArmorGlide, which also helps with quieter operation.

This set includes four pistons, each with a -18cc dish, a 96mm bore, a standard 80mm stroke, and a 8.5:1 compression ratio. They are designed for European B234F engines and come with a 0.9055 inch pin diameter. Please note that these pistons are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
