Forged from 2618 aluminum, these Wiseco custom pistons are built for the demands of a high-performance Volvo B234F 16V engine. The -18cc dish design helps achieve a compression ratio of 8.5:1, making them suitable for boosted applications where precise control over combustion is key. Each piston is machined to a 96.5mm bore, which is 0.50mm oversize from the standard size, and features a 39.70mm compression height with a 0.9055 inch pin diameter.

Wiseco machines these pistons in the USA, ensuring attention to detail in every step. You'll find precision ring grooves designed for improved sealing, along with anti-detonation grooves and other features that enhance ring seal under high pressure. The crown is fully machined for a clean combustion chamber surface, and forced pin oiling helps keep the wrist pin lubricated.
