Yukon Gear Chrome Moly Superjoint Kit / Replacement For Dana 60

Starting with the stout 4340 chromoly cross, these Yukon Super Joints are built for serious off-road abuse. Unlike traditional U-joints that use needle bearings, these Super Joints eliminate them, allowing for a larger trunnion circumference and improved strength. This design choice means you get a more robust component for your drivetrain, especially beneficial when you're pushing your vehicle hard off-road.

The caps are made from 4140 steel, designed to wear out before the cross, making replacement more convenient and less costly. Each trunnion end has a grease reservoir, and the kit comes complete with everything you need to get them installed and greased: two complete joints, eight full-circle snap rings, a grease gun, and high-quality anti-seize grease. Because these joints require regular maintenance and greasing, they are not recommended for daily driven vehicles. They are designed for extreme off-road applications and fit a range of differentials including Dana 60, Dana 44, Dana 30, and GM 8.5-inch axles, making them a popular choice for many heavy-duty trucks and off-road builds like the Ford F-250 Super Duty or Dodge W250.
