How much is shipping?

We ship your order via the following methods at the following charges:

Canada - Alaska and Hawaii (USPS)
We currently do not ship to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. Please check back in the future, as this may change.

IMPORTANT: Please verify your shipping address prior to finalizing your order. Any additional costs incurred by AutoBarn.com due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer, including any shipping and handling costs incurred due to undeliverable orders, will be charged to the credit card account of the customer.

United States Armed Forces - APO/FPO
We currently do not to APO/FPO addresses. Please check back in the future, as this may change.

International Orders
We only ship to the 48 Continental United States, including Washington DC. Please check back in the future, as this may change.

How long will it take to get my products?

This varies based on your location (we are located in New York), product availability and shipping method. If all the products on your order are in stock then it will usually ship within 1-2 business days. Saturday and Sunday do not count as transit days. Ground delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 business days after we ship the item depending on your location. Some items may be "drop-shipped" directly from the manufacturer. Please refer to "What does drop ship mean?" for shipping times.

Do you offer 2nd Day Air?

We currently do not ship 2nd Day Air. We only offer standard ground shipping.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped on the day it ships out. You will also be given a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order by clicking HERE. Please make sure you have provided us your complete and accurate shipping address. Costs that we incur due to attempting to ship to an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged to the customer's original form of payment. In addition, customer will be responsible for any shipping and return shipping charges associated with a refused order.

What shipping methods do you offer?

AutoBarn.com currently offers Standard Ground. Orders shipped by Standard Ground may be shipped by FedEx, UPS or the USPS depending on weight and destination address.

How can I place an order with AutoBarn.com?

Currently orders can be placed online for faster service or by calling customer service during normal business hours at 888-484-9560.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept Discover, Master Card, American Express and Visa as well as PayPal payments or you can mail in a check or money order. We do not offer COD delivery. If you would like to send a check or money order please see below for further instructions

How can I pay by check or money order?

When sending checks & money orders, please be sure to include the check or money order (including shipping) made payable to AutoBarn.com, a list of the products you wish to order and your shipping address, contact information and telephone number. Orders will be shipped out upon receipt of Money Orders. Orders placed by Check will be shipped when Check is cleared. Please allow 5-10 business days for Check clearing. An additional $10 is required for Canadian Money Orders.

I just placed my order. Will it ship today?

Ground delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 business days after we ship the item depending on your location. Some items may be "drop-shipped" directly from the manufacturer. Most drop-shipments are sent via Ground UPS or FedEX and generally arrive within 7-10 business days.

What is your return policy?

AutoBarn.com gives you 30 days from the receipt of your package to return new or defective items purchased from AutoBarn.com. This policy does not apply to custom products listed here. Please contact customer service for an RGA # before returning any merchandise.

How do I make a return to AutoBarn.com?

Call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-484-9560 or 516-484-6497 (Within NY State) for a return authorization number (RGA#). You can also request an RGA# online. Please specify your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return. Please note: ANY ORDER SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT AN RGA# WILL CAUSE SIGNIFICANT DELAYS IN PROCESSING YOUR RETURN AND WILL INCUR A 15% PROCESSING FEE.

Where do I send my return?

When sending your return, please indicate the reason for your return and be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or receipt. Send all returns to: AutoBarn.com Returns Dept. 321 Sunrise Highway, Lynbrook, NY 11563 RGA#__________________

You can also make product returns at any of our New York Area locations. You must present a copy of your packing slip or invoice at the store.

Are there any restrictions or restocking charges on returns?

Returned products that are not in salable condition will be charged a 20% restocking/handling fee. Credit will be issued for the product only. Shipping charges that you incurred will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error and only if a replacement item is ordered. There are no returns on custom products. Custom products include, but are not limited to Custom Car Covers, Custom Seat Covers, Custom Floor Mats, Custom Dash covers, as well as any custom painted, monogrammed, or personalized products. Some manufacturers do stock custom items that are more popular, however these are still custom items and cannot be returned. Exchanges will be limited only to manufacturer defects or errors made on the part of AutoBarn.com.

What if my order was damaged? Or the order was incorrectly shipped?

We do our best to package your items as well as possible and to be as thorough as we can. Unfortunately there are sometimes problems with items getting damaged in transit or human errors in shipping. All we ask is that you contact us to let us know. Contacting us here is the fastest and easiest way to do so. We will do our best to make sure your problem is solved promptly. We want to make sure your order is right.

What is a Ticket / Ticket ID ?

A ticket (also known as a trouble ticket) is an email, usually contained within a tracking system which contains information about support interventions made by customer support staff on behalf of the customer who has reported an issue with there order. Tickets are commonly created in a help desk or call center environment. Typically the ticket will have a unique reference number (Ticket ID e.g. ABC-654321), which is used to allow the customer or support staff to quickly locate, add to or communicate the status of the customers issue or request.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes and No. Packages weighing under five pounds can be shipped to PO Boxes when you choose Standard Shipping. Packages that weigh more than five pounds will not be shipped to PO Boxes and will require us to contact you for a physical street address. This will cause a delay in the processing of your order. If you do not know the approximate weight of the items you are ordering, we suggest you provide a physical street address so there is no delay in processing your order. In addition, some Manufacturers that drop ship for us do not ship to PO Boxes in which case the product has to be shipped to our distribution center and then reshipped to your PO Box adding several days to the process.

Products With Restocking Fees

These items are subject to a 20% restocking fee if they are returned without defect or the reason for the return is not the fault of Auto Barn. In the case of defect or our error, no restocking fee is charged. Please order carefully. The vast majority of our customers are extremely happy with their items and never need to return them.

Products That Are Not Returnable:

Auto Barn does not accept returns on used or installed items, custom-painted or monogrammed products or items shipped via truck freight.

The following items are also not returnable. In the case of defect or our error, they may be returned following the proper Returns procedure. Please order carefully or call 888-484-9560 for assistance.
