My second, and now last, purchase from AutoBarn/Lloyd Mats

Late last year I ordered a Lloyd cargo mat from Autobarn for my BMW X3. The black mat delivered was darker than the image presented on their website, but I decided it was close enough and kept it without question. The BMW interior is more of a charcoal grey.My most recent and second purchase was another Lloyd cargo mat for my BMW X5. The "Dark Grey" color as presented on their website appeared to be a closer match to the color of the X5 cargo interior area, so I went with the "Dark Grey" color instead of black. Unfortunately, what was delivered is actually a much lighter grey than how the "Dark Grey" color presented online, and it does not match the X5 interior.I have requested an exchange for a black colored mat and have been told that an exchange will cost me a 50% restocking fee. That means paying another $75 on top of the $150 I already paid for the mat just because the color delivered did not match what appeared on their website. I could handle a reasonable 10% restocking fee as is customary, but paying 50% more just because the color did not present correctly via their website is highway robbery.So again - my last purchase from Autobarn/Lloyd. A nice product but poor customer service.
