ATS Diesel makes this Stage 2 transmission package for the 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and 3500, and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 with the 8.1L gas engine and 4WD. This is a complete rebuild of the LCT1000 5-speed automatic transmission, built to handle more power and last longer than the stock unit. If you're towing heavy or running a modified engine, this transmission is built to keep up.
This Stage 2 package includes a fully remanufactured LCT1000 transmission with upgraded components. It's designed to handle increased torque and heat generated by higher horsepower applications. The transmission is dyno-tested before it leaves ATS Diesel to ensure it's ready for the road.
