Product Details
The AWE Tuning Touring Edition Exhaust for the 2015-2017 Volkswagen Golf 1.8T is crafted from 2.5” U.S. sourced CNC mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel. This cat-back system replaces the stock muffler with a straight-through resonator that uses AWE’s 180 Technology® to cancel out drone, giving you a more aggressive yet sophisticated exhaust note without the highway noise.
This system is designed for a clean, straight-through flow to maximize performance. The 90mm Diamond Black tips are double-walled to maintain their finish and are individually adjustable to set their depth into the bumper to your liking. AWE expects this system to add up to 7 horsepower and 7 lb-ft of torque to the crank on the 1.8T engine.
