How does this unit make my turn signals brighter?

The Badlands Plug In Illuminator adds two functions to your existing turn signals. It makes them act as running lights when your headlight is on, and as a brake light when you apply the brakes, in addition to their normal turn signal function.

Will I need to replace my turn signal bulbs?

No, this unit is designed to work with your stock O.E.M. turn signal bulbs. It adds the running light and brake light functions without requiring you to change the bulbs themselves.
