It's a single exit, polished stainless steel cat-back exhaust designed for the 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with the 4.8L Flex-Fuel engine. This system aims to improve fuel economy and lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) while giving your truck a better sound.
The Stinger system uses a 4-inch constant diameter Monster exhaust pipe and a polished stainless steel Monster muffler. The muffler features an expansion chamber, not just a straight pipe, which helps manage sound and flow. The tailpipe ends with a 5-inch polished stainless steel double-wall tip.
