Banks Power makes this Ram-Air Intake System for 2011-2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Power Stroke engine. This system is designed to pull cooler, denser outside air into the engine, which helps improve power and fuel economy while reducing exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs).
The Ram-Air features a sealed housing to block hot engine bay air. Its large, oiled filter flows better than the stock paper filter and is reusable. Banks states this system outflows the stock intake by 26% and is tested to work with factory sensors without causing trouble codes.
