Banks Power makes this Monster Exhaust System for your 2017-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD Duramax L5P. This cat-back system replaces your restrictive factory exhaust to improve airflow, lower exhaust gas temperatures, and give your truck a richer sound.
The system uses constant-diameter, mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing to maximize flow and reduce backpressure. Banks replaces the stock muffler with their Monster muffler, which has a straight-through design and an expansion chamber to cut down on annoying exhaust drone. The muffler uses high-temperature packing and flows more than double the stock system. The included chrome-over-stainless steel tip has a rolled edge and a unique shape that mixes exhaust gas with ambient air, helping to keep the tip from tarnishing and directing exhaust to the side.
