Already running a heavy-duty exhaust and tuner on your 2007-2010 LMM Silverado or Sierra? This BD Diesel transmission and torque converter package is the next piece of the puzzle for serious towing and performance applications. It's designed to handle the increased power and torque from modified diesel engines, offering a significant upgrade over the stock Allison transmission.

This package includes a BD Aluminum HD deep transmission pan, which increases oil capacity by 3.5 quarts. This extra fluid helps keep temperatures down during demanding use, like towing heavy loads or spirited driving. Inside, you'll find high-energy clutch material and revised oil circuits. The package also features updated A & B trim valves and a new converter lock-up valve to ensure full line pressure is delivered to the clutches, boosting their holding power. You'll see an increase in clutch count across all clutch packs, with notable gains in C1 (14% over stock), C3 (75% over stock), and C2, C4, C5 (17% over stock). Each transmission is dyno-tested to confirm its performance before it leaves the factory.

The included torque converter is built for street and towing applications, featuring a torque-multiplying cast aluminum stator and a stamp-forged steel front cover for added strength.
