This BD Diesel Stage 5 package is built to handle the demands of a high-horsepower diesel, giving you a robust drivetrain that won't leave you stranded. BD Diesel has gone all out with this upgrade. The transmission itself features a hard-anodized valve body and a new solenoid pack, along with a custom separator plate that increases line pressure and prevents internal leaks. You'll find a heavy-duty low reverse one-way clutch with a cam and roller design, plus a steel girdle on the 2C piston to accommodate more clutches and a wider apply area. The QT100 pressure plates are BD's own durable design, allowing for more clutches and reducing distortion. This translates to a 33% increase in both overdrive and 2C clutches. A custom big stack overdrive shaft and a reinforced accumulator plate are also included. For the pump, the TCC limit valve has been machined and sleeved to address wear.
