You get a full transmission and converter package in this kit, which means one box handles a major drivetrain upgrade for your modified Cummins-powered Ram 2500 or 3500. The BD Diesel Trackmaster 68RFE transmission is built for robust reliability, especially if you're running a modified engine or towing heavy loads. It's designed to handle significantly more torque than a stock transmission, keeping you moving reliably.

BD Diesel has beefed up this transmission with a lot of internal upgrades. You'll find a billet input shaft for increased load capacity and a heavy-duty billet OD drum that increases the apply area for the OD clutch, giving you nearly 50% more clutch capacity there. They've also added more C2 and OD clutches overall, for about 33% more holding capacity to reduce slip under load. The valve body is updated with a ProTech68 hard-anodized unit to prevent internal leaks, and the transmission comes with a deep aluminum pan that adds 4.5 quarts of fluid capacity, which helps keep temperatures down during demanding use.

This package also includes a billet multi-disc ProForce 3D enhanced stall torque converter, which is dyno tested before it ships out. This converter is designed for street and towing applications, offering a good balance of stall speed and efficiency. BD Diesel also uses a heavy-duty cam and roller low-reverse sprag for increased load capacity and self-centering trapezoid clutch teeth design to reduce wear and chatter. Every Trackmaster transmission is dyno tested before shipping to ensure it's ready to go.
