BD Diesel Killer Frost Plug Plate - 2003-2018 Dodge Cummins 5.9L/6.7L

When your Dodge Cummins engine block is under high RPM pressure, a corroded frost plug can start to leak. This BD Diesel Killer Frost Plug Plate is designed to seal those leaks without the hassle of hammering out the old plug. It uses a large #333 O-ring to create a solid seal, keeping your coolant contained. This plate works whether your existing frost plug is in place, blown out, or already leaking, offering a straightforward repair solution.

The design incorporates five flanged head bolts to ensure the coolant stays where it belongs. It's compatible with engines that have or do not have a TCC crossover tube. For 6.7L models, you will need to remove the bellhousing support bracket. While it's recommended to install this plate when the transmission is removed for easier access, it can be installed with the transmission in place if you ensure the surface finish on the back of the motor is critical and checked prior to use.
